Return & Exchange Policy

We here at Saje Robinson do all we can to ensure our products are perfect before mailing to you.

 Our goal is to make sure that our Customers are satisfied with their purchases. We inspect and pay attention to every detail in making sure that our product remains “An American Original Exclusive” just for you.

Our Size Chart and Garment Specification will also help you to select that perfect fit for your Lifestyle.

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received the wrong item or a defective item, Please contact us within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order at info@sajerobinson.com. So we can get that mishap sorted out for you.

Remember to provide us with your contact information and your original purchase receipt. We will email you instruction on how and where to return your order. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order. 

Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn and in its original packaging

Include your return form and original receipt of purchase.

Please allow our team 3-7 business days to process your return once it is received.

Unless there was a mistake on our end, shipping and handling is non-refundable. We will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment with 3-5 day. This may takes longer base on financial instruction to show on your end.

There may be a restocking charge for return on some items.

 Returns are not permitted  on CLOSE OUT items

Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

 EXCHANGE If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please indicate what size you would like on the return form. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return and offer a store credit. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
